Once Again At Last
How will I know when we meet
Will frail buttercups sway at your feet
Will wild roses be in your hair
How will I know to seek you there
How will I know you are the one
Will clouds dance before the sun
Will nightingales sing avidly
How will I know you are for me
How will I know of your desire
Will we ride on chariots of fire
Will my heart beat faster with you
How will I know this love is true
How will I know that first kiss
Will fan the flame so often missed
How will I know not to forget
Because my darling we’ve already met.
A vow was made before earth’s dawn
To seek each other on oath sworn
Forsaking all others ignoring scorn
The spider embracing twelve stars born
