Mr Water buffalo
Is a great big beast
To the lions laid in wait
He’s a great big feast.
Ten lions are needed
To bring a buffalo down
There are only six of us
The cowardly one said, with a frown
They circled Mr. Buffalo
Trying to beat him
He knew if he fell down
The lions would eat him
There are only six
I’ll charge them he thought
Then I’ll break away quick
Before I’m caught
Mr. Buffalo turned round
Went down on one knee
Knocked two lions over
The cowardly one hid up a tree
He galloped off
To the middle of the lake
The lions gave chase
Looking for a break
Now lions don’t like water
They like to lie in bed
The cowardly one looked at Mr.Buffalo
And said, I’ll have grass for my tea instead. | |
