Little Bit Farm.
Percy pig has dug a hole
On a bend in the lane
Tommy’s wheel is stuck in it
And can’t get out again

All the animals are laughing
They think it’s really good
Tommy’s wheels are spinning
Stuck in the slippery mud

Even the scarecrows smiling
With his funny turnip head
They call him post box Willy
Because his clothes are red

Tommy the little red tractor
Is being very calm
He has lots of work to do today
Down on little bit farm

He calls to Billy the bulldozer
Who’s ploughing a field nearby
Can you pull me out please
Billy says I will have a try

They fix a rope to the tractor
And Billy pulls him out
That’s better says Tommy
I can carry on working now

There is lots to do on the farm
Tommy’s busy every day
Taking food to the animals
Collecting bales of hay

Tommy the tractor can pull anything
Rakes and trailers and ploughs
Moving stuff all around the farm
Feeding the sheep pigs and cows

He ploughs the fields’ cuts the grass
And sows all of the seeds
Moving things around all day
Everything little bit farm needs

He collects the eggs from the chickens
Feeds the ducks and geese
Goes to market on Wednesdays
With eggs, milk and cheese

When the days work is finished
The tractors are all washed down
Nice and clean and sparkly
Ready for the market town

Billy don’t like the hosepipe
It makes his tracks all wet
Tommy says get the mud out
Or it will go hard and set

Tommy the little red tractor
Sleeps in the barn at night
Lassie the dog sleeps there to
Tucked up nice and tight

Billy the blue bulldozer
Sleeps in the shed next door
Tommy can hear him snoring
Shaking all the floor

We have a busy day tomorrow
Tommy sighs and falls asleep
We are ploughing the bottom field
The furrows are really deep

I will help you says Billy
We’ll pull the plough together
It will be easy with both of us
Feel light as a feather

So if you’re passing little bit farm
And you see Tommy and Billy
You can wave to them in the fields
And don’t be scared of scarecrow Willy
