It seems so quiet out there
Like the death before the kill
The demons will be out tonight
Up on crowded hill

Hide all your emotions babe
Leave no stone unturned
Their disguise you know is foolproof
Everyone has learned

Stay underneath the street light
Near the burnt out mill
Keep your options open babe
Up on crowded hill

Better still stay at home
Go to bed take a pill
Leave the tricks for another day
