Can’t you see what you’ve done
Played about with my life
Now it’s all come undone

My hearts been laid low
By all your goodbyes
Now you’re asking me back
How long can love survive

Baby I waited for you
Time after time
How many nights have you left
It should be a crime

Once more is to many
I have my heart back from you
I’ me walking away
Can’t be a lady in tow

For that knock on the door
You only ever appeared
When you failed to score

I believed in you at the start
Never thought you’d be untrue
Now time has ended it
